Business and finance is a huge sector of the UK economy, with a massive range of well-paid jobs, from accountancy to investment banking, management consultancy to entrepreneurship, and tens of thousands of these jobs are close to the UTC in central London.

Our partners
We have a unique range of partners including some major employers. Our employer partners create opportunities for our students to have experience days, mentoring, work experience and more. We are sponsored by London South Bank University, which has a major School of Business – our students are given support to access and thrive in higher education at LSBU and elsewhere, as well as to access higher level and degree level apprenticeships.
Cutting edge
Our students will benefit from powerful technology to support their learning, with the curriculum accessible through Office 365 and Teams in line with the professional workplace. The focus is on developing our students with the knowledge and capabilities that employers are seeking now. Students will have access to cutting edge resources and software including LSBU’s Bloomberg suite, modelled on a City trading floor. Our students will be highly employable.
Enhanced curriculum
Built on a core of BTEC Business extended diploma at level 3 (equivalent to 3 A levels), our learners will focus on finance-specific units preparing them for financial roles. BTEC units will be woven into employer-led projects, creating authentic experiences of the workplace. They will have the opportunity to complete professional qualifications alongside, enhancing their learning. With business and academic mentoring, work experience and many, many networking opportunities, this is a curriculum like no other.
